PAYMENT & TERMS
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as
checks and money orders. We can extend credit for all orders
of more than 10 copies but request prepayment for orders of
fewer than 10 copies. Terms are 30 days from invoice date.
The discounts below are for the trade. Individuals requesting
single copies will be charged retail price.

We ship UPS ground from Charleston, South Carolina. Express
service available upon request. Orders received by 1 p.m.
will be shipped the same day.
RETURN
POLICY
We accept returns of books in saleable condition from retail
outlets within 12 months of the invoice date. An authorization
